AVAULTX™Architectural Property VaultAVAULTX — The Living Edition
Architectural Property Vault
From One X to Another
Your future assistant may arrive in a box. Your home's memory takes years to build.
Scorpio explains AVAULTX's vision for a documented home that future compatible intelligence can understand and help care for. 2035 is a strategic vision. Concept architecture; future integrations and robotics require supported products, permissions and validation.

Disclosure: Scorpio is a concept home. X Meets X is AVAULTX's 2035 vision. Connected services and robotics depend on supported products, integrations, permissions and validation.
Scorpio Speaks / A Home with a Memory
My design is visible. My memory matters too.
You know me by my stone, my bronze and the way I open to the stars. But the most valuable part of my future may be something you cannot see: the information that explains how to care for me.
My architect knows why I was designed this way. My installer knows what sits behind the walls. My owner knows what makes living here feel right. Too often, those details live in separate places.
X is the idea that brings my documented story together: drawings, specifications, installed products, warranties, maintenance and approved changes. A living record that can grow as I do.
Scorpio / The 2035 Vision
The service history explains what was fitted and what has changed. Diagnostics add information about how the vehicle is operating. My vault is my service history; compatible home systems could provide my diagnostics.
What was fitted and what has changed.
My vault is my service history.
How the vehicle is operating.
Compatible home systems could provide my diagnostics.
AVAULTX is the proposed information layer — not a direct real-time controller.
The Connection / Property Memory Meets Capability
AVAULTX brings property context. A future compatible assistant brings its capabilities. The owner decides what may be shared and done.
Build the Memory
Authorise the Connection
Understand the Task
Approve the Plan
Return the Evidence
Plans, products, care instructions and service evidence are organised with their sources.
In this concept, EI means embodied intelligence: a physical assistant or robot. Access to a vault does not itself create physical competence, universal compatibility or permission to act.
Interactive Demo
A browser-local simulation. No real devices, no backend writes, no authenticated rights. Try the three scenarios: a normal care plan, a missing source, and a revoked grant.
No events yet. Press Start to begin the simulation.
All data is fictional and browser-local. Reset clears all state. No records are written to any database. This simulation never touches real properties, devices or grants.
The Experience / A Day in Scorpio
The ambition is felt in everyday living: the right information, the right care and a history that stays with the property.
The care instructions are checked.
A future assistant consults the approved record for the actual finish. If the material or instruction is uncertain, it asks for review. The specification informs the plan.
The room is prepared to your standard.
An approved preparation checklist brings the property record and your permitted preferences together. Compatible lighting or climate routines remain within owner-set limits.
The history comes with it.
The model, installation record and service evidence can be retrieved. A professional reviews the proposed replacement; the completed work returns to the vault with evidence.
Illustrative future scenarios. AVAULTX does not replace qualified professionals or the validated safety controls of a home system or robot.
The 2035 Scale / Proposed Programme
A proposed path from a documented property to a compatible intelligent living environment. Progress depends on evidence, engineering and successful pilots.
Drawings, specifications, installed assets and service history.
Source-grounded answers and care plans reviewed by people.
Selected read-only integrations and fresh system information.
Approved low-risk workflows with a compatible controller.
A limited embodied-assistant pilot with verified outcomes.
Founder vision: X. Proposed feature taxonomy and milestones; no delivery date or compatibility guarantee.
The Living Edition begins in 2026 — and works backwards. Completed projects enter through updated drawings and specifications. Properties without BIM or smart technology yet are not excluded; they are the starting point. The vault is the foundation. Everything else is built on top of it.
A project starting today enters the vault at architectural stage. Drawings, specifications and installed products are recorded as they are created. BIM and smart systems are part of the record from day one.
A home completed years ago enters through updated drawings and specifications. Existing documentation is digitised, gaps are identified, and the vault is built from what survives. BIM is not required to begin.
A property mid-renovation enters at the point of change. New work is documented to spec. Existing conditions are recorded as the baseline. The vault grows from wherever the property is in its lifecycle.
No BIM model? The vault starts with drawings, specifications and product records.
No smart home? The vault holds the manual record until connected systems are added.
No digital twin? The vault is the foundation. BIM can be built on top of it later.
Every property enters. The record grows from there.
The ultimate scaled concept: a record that starts wherever the property is, and grows toward everything it could become.
Section 07
One property. Five lifecycles. A to X.
Retain design intent, approved plans and provenance.
Document installed assets, substitutions and handover evidence.
Support authorised routines, hospitality preparation and care.
Record service, replacement and approved upgrades.
Pass on permitted property history; reset personal access.

Section 08
An authenticated record coverage checklist. This shows what is documented and what evidence is missing — not legal compliance, safety certification, valuation or robot readiness.
