I am Scorpio. You know me by my stone, my bronze and the way I open to the stars. But the most valuable part of my future may be something you cannot see: the information that explains how to care for me.

My architect knows why I was designed this way. My installer knows what sits behind the walls. My owner knows what makes living here feel right. Too often, those details live in separate places.

X is the idea that brings my documented story together: drawings, specifications, installed products, warranties, maintenance and approved changes. A living record that can grow as I do.

Its service history tells one story. Its diagnostics tell another. Together, they help a technician understand what was fitted, what has changed and what needs attention.

My vault is my service history. Compatible connected systems could provide my diagnostics. AVAULTX is the proposed information layer that helps bring that context together.

Imagine a compatible physical assistant delivered to your home. It may know how to perform certain tasks, but it still needs to learn this property: which finish needs which treatment, which rooms are private, which equipment is due for a service and who may approve the work.

With your permission, it connects to the information it needs in my vault. Your assistant brings its capabilities. My X brings the property context. That is where X meets X.

Before the stone is cleaned, the right care instructions are checked. Before guests arrive, an approved room-preparation plan is reviewed. Before a part is replaced, its specification and service record are found.

Completed work comes back into my history with evidence. When ownership changes, my building record can continue while personal access and preferences are reset.

The vision is simple: a home that can be understood, cared for and lived in well, long after the day it was built.
