Property Lifecycle

From Preserve to Repeat.

Select a property to see where it stands in the six-stage AVAULTX™ lifecycle — Preserve, Certify, Live, Earn, Pass on, Repeat.

Stage 1

Preserve

Architect onboarded, drawings uploaded, BIM twin created, and vault certified.

Stage 2

Certify

Manufacturers invited, sponsorships placed, Golden Glove inspection passed, and compliance verified.

Stage 3

Live

Repairs logged to original specifications. Required services listed, providers matched, and work invoiced.

Stage 4

Earn

Property enters rental — hospitality, mid-term, and long-term. Three income streams: hosting revenue, advertising share & sale commission.

Stage 5

Pass on

Owner mandate signed, full history compiled, marketed with proof, key transferred. The vault becomes the sale pack. No voetstoots.

Stage 6

Repeat

The next owner inherits the full record — drawings, BIM, specifications, maintenance history, and compliance certificates. The vault transfers with the property, and the lifecycle begins again with the next generation.

Stage 6 · Repeat

The Next Generation Inherits Everything.

When the property transfers, the vault transfers with it. The new owner receives the complete architectural record — drawings, BIM digital twin, original specifications, maintenance history, compliance certificates, and the full design intent. No voetstoots. No lost history. The lifecycle begins again, preserved.

Full Vault Transfer

Drawings, BIM, specs & compliance certificates pass to the new owner.

Maintenance History

Every repair, inspection & warranty — permanently recorded and inherited.

Lifecycle Restarts

The new owner enters Preserve → Certify → Live → Earn → Pass on → Repeat.
